The protagonist, a little prince who dwells on Asteroid B612, is a kind-hearted and curious young boy with golden hair. His journey unfolds as a profound exploration of the inner world.Whilst we may not all have golden hair or be princes ourselves, each of us is nonetheless the protagonist of our own life's journey, capable of embarking on our unique path of growth.Through his visits to other planets and the dialogues he engages in, the Little Prince gains fresh insights. Upon returning to his asteroid, he surely discovers new meaning and value in his beloved rose!Counselling, too, is a transformative journey of self-discovery, where professional guidance helps one gain renewed understanding of oneself, leading to moments of insight about both self and life.

Mr. Wong (Oreo) | Registered Counsellor

Originally from Hong Kong and now based in Northern England, Mr. Wong (Oreo) is a BACP Registered Member with a professional background in counselling for children, young people, couples and families. He is committed to offering a safe and professional space that supports personal growth and mental health wellbeing.Mr. Wong holds a degree in Counselling and Psychology from Hong Kong Shue Yan University. He began his counselling career in mainstream secondary schools, where he worked closely with students with neurodiversity or Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) — supporting them in developing emotional regulation, behavioural adaptation, and social skills, with a focus on whole-person development.He went on to complete a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Bethel Bible Seminary, followed by clinical work at Bethel Pastoral Counselling Centre, where he developed particular expertise in relationship difficulties among young couples and married partners. Alongside this, he has built extensive experience in child and adolescent counselling, helping families strengthen parent-child relationships through parenting support and family-based interventions.Throughout his career, Mr. Wong has worked across a range of organisations — including AIDS Concern, Ark Life Education House, Bethel Pastoral Counselling Centre, Education Bureau of Hong Kong, Happy Child Association and Wesley College. He remains actively involved in mental health advocacy, with a continued focus on mental health and wellbeing, interpersonal relationships, family and parenting support, neurodiversity, trauma-informed practice, family resilience and recovery model.

Registration & Booking

  • Clients must be at least 18 years old; those under 18 require parental or guardian consent

  • All sessions require booking at least 3 working days in advance

  • Individual sessions last 50 minutes. Family/Couple sessions last 75 minutes

  • Initial assessment typically requires 1-3 sessions to establish therapeutic goals

  • While a standard course of counselling typically begins with 6-8 sessions, the actual duration varies according to individual needs

本服務致力遵循 BACP 的專業操守框架,提供安全、專業及具支持性的輔導。
治療取向
● 本服務主要採用以人為本輔導取向及情緒導向治療(Emotionally Focused Therapy, EFT)。
● 輔以其他實證為本的方法,因應你的個人需要而調整。
● 我們承諾:
1. 定期共同檢討輔導進展,確保切合你的目標。
2. 透過持續的專業督導保持服務質素。
3. 以實證為本的方法支持你的成長歷程。
2. 服務安排預約及登記
● 年滿 18 歲的人士可自行預約。
● 18 歲以下的人士,我們將依據《2005 年精神能力法》(Mental Capacity Act 2005)及 Gillick 能力準則評估其同意能力:
1. 若評估認為其具備充分的理解力及判斷力,可自行同意接受輔導服務。
2. 若未達上述標準,則須由家長或合法監護人代為同意。
3. 在特殊的保護情況下,若安全受到迫切威脅,我們可在符合法律要求及以當事人最佳利益為前提下,於未取得家長同意的情況下提供服務。
輔導形式
● 個人面談一般為 50 分鐘;伴侶或家庭面談一般為 75 分鐘。
● 如需調整面談時長,須事先由雙方協商同意,並以臨床需要為考量。如費用有所調整,將與你坦誠討論。
● 初步評估一般為 1 至 3 節。
● 典型輔導歷程為 6 至 8 節起,並持續評估及按需要調整。
● 面談可以粵語、國語或英語進行,並會細心考慮文化及語言因素。
● 網上輔導並非對所有人都適合。我們會事先進行評估;如有需要,將在取得你的同意後作出適切的轉介。
收費及付款
● 費用將於預約時確認,並於每次面談前繳付。
● 費用如有調整,將提前至少一個月通知。
● 我們接受銀行轉帳及 PayPal;如需發票或收據,請提出申請。
● 如遇經濟困難,或可申請費用優惠,請盡早提出。
取消及退款政策
● 每次面談費用代表輔導員為你預留的專業時間。如取消面談的通知少於 24 小時,或未有出席面談,均需繳付全額費用。
● 如遇上真正的緊急情況,請盡快與我們聯絡,我們將盡力一同商量最合適的處理方式。
● 面談一經完成,費用概不退還;除非面談由輔導員取消、法律規定,或在特殊情況下由輔導員酌情處理。

準時出席
● 敬請準時,面談時間不會因遲到而延長,以免影響後續預約。
面談以外的聯絡安排
● 在預約面談以外,輔導員僅接受以電郵處理行政事務(如預約或取消),回覆時間為最多 3 個工作天。面談時段以外並不提供輔導支援。
● 如你正處於危急狀況,請參閱 第 5 段「緊急情況」
3. 私隱及保密● 我們嚴格遵循《英國通用數據保障條例》(UK General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) 、《2018年數據保護法》(Data Protection Act 2018, DPA) 及《2025年數據(使用與存取)法》(Data(Use and Access) Act 2025, DUAA) 來處理你的個人資料。

個人資料的使用
● 我們只會收集提供安全、有效服務所必需的資料,以履行法律及專業責任。

網上面談
● 保護你的私隱是我們的首要考慮,因此所有網上面談均使用符合 GDPR 要求的安全平台進行。
● 為確保網上面談的效果,請你:
1. 身處私隱、安靜的環境,並確保網絡連接穩定。
2. 強烈建議佩戴耳機,以保護你的私隱。
3. 未經雙方事先書面同意,請勿錄製面談(包括錄音、錄影或截圖)。
● 我們已採取一切合理措施保護你的資料;然而,網上服務無法保證絕對安全。使用本網上服務即代表你知悉並接受相關風險。如發生資料外洩事件,我們將及時通知你。
● 如面談因技術問題中斷,我們將盡一切合理努力重新連線或安排補回,不另收費。如所用的網上平台有任何變更,我們將提前通知你。
5. 緊急情況● 本輔導服務 並非 危機或緊急支援服務。如你在預約時段以外,正身處即時危險或感到極度困擾,請立即聯絡相關緊急服務:

面談中的危機處理
● 如你在面談中表達自我傷害或自殺的念頭,我們將:
1. 認真對待你的處境,並與你一起評估即時風險。
2. 與你共同制定安全計劃。
3. 在徵得你同意後,如情況涉及迫切危險,將聯絡緊急服務或你指定的緊急聯絡人。
● 如你未能或不願參與安全計劃,而情況涉及嚴重、迫切的生命危險,我們可能須在保密原則以外採取行動以保障你的安全(詳見 第 3 段「私隱及保密」)。我們鼓勵你與我們分享緊急聯絡人的資料。
6. 你的權利與責任你的權利
● 你有權:
1. 隨時終止輔導,無須提供任何原因。
2. 按英國數據保護法規獲取你的個人資料。
3. 在本服務未能滿足你需要時,獲得轉介建議。
4. 拒絕任何錄製面談的要求。
5. 討論及要求調整你的輔導計劃。
6. 提出關注或投訴。
投訴處理
● 如你對任何事情感到不滿意或有所顧慮,請先透過電郵 [email protected] 直接告知我們,我們真誠希望共同解決。我們會在5個工作天內確認收到你的投訴,並在20個工作天內提供完整回覆(或通知你需要更多時間)。
● 如問題未能得到妥善處理,你有權向專業監管機構 BACP 提出正式投訴。
你的責任
● 為支持我們的輔導工作,我們希望你:
1. 準時出席面談,如需取消請提前至少 24 小時通知。
2. 按協議付款,如有財務困難請盡早提出。
3. 如有任何重大的生活變化(例如新服用的藥物、診斷結果、風險因素等),請及時告知我們。
4. 以開放的態度投入輔導過程,同時尊重自己的界限。
5. 尊重輔導關係的專業性質。輔導員在輔導期間及其後,不會與案主建立雙重關係(包括社交、商業或感情關係)。
● 如案主的行為危及安全、違反本條款或造成專業衝突,我們保留拒絕或終止提供服務的權利。
7. 適用法律● 本協議受英格蘭及威爾士法律管轄。
● 任何爭議均受英格蘭及威爾士法院的專屬司法管轄。
● 如你在面談期間身處英國以外,請事先通知我們,這可能影響數據保護、保密安排及緊急應對能力。本服務僅依英國法律及專業標準運作。
● 本條款自你確認預約起即時生效。
8. 條款修訂● 我們可能因應實務調整或法規變化而更新本條款。

9. 輔導成效● 輔導是一個互動協作的過程,具體成效受多種因素影響(包括你的積極參與),因此無法保證特定成果。

Service OverviewLittle Planet Counselling Service is led by Mr. Oreo H.C. Wong, a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
We are committed to the BACP's Ethical Framework, providing a safe, professional, and supportive counselling service.
Therapeutic Approach
● Our primary therapeutic approach is Person-Centred Approach and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
● This is complemented by other evidence-based methods tailored to your individual needs.
● We are committed to:
1. Regularly reviewing counselling progress together to ensure it aligns with your goals.
2. Maintaining the quality of our service through ongoing professional supervision.
3. Supporting your growth journey with proven, evidence-based practices.
2. Service ArrangementBooking & Registration
● Individuals aged 18 and over may book independently.
● For individuals under 18, we assess their capacity to consent in line with the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Gillick competence.
1. If assessed as having sufficient understanding and intelligence to consent, they may consent to their own treatment independently.
2. If not, a parent or legal guardian must consent.
3. In exceptional safeguarding situations where safety is at immediate risk, we may proceed without parental consent where this is in the child's best interest and lawful.
Counselling Arrangement
● Individual sessions are typically 50 minutes. Couples or family sessions are typically 75 minutes.
● Any changes to session length must be agreed in advance by both parties, and will only be made where clinically appropriate. Any fee adjustment will be discussed with you openly.
● The initial assessment usually takes 1–3 sessions.
● A typical therapeutic journey starts with 6–8 sessions, reviewed and adapted as we go.
● Sessions are available in Cantonese, Mandarin, or English, with care taken for cultural and linguistic factors.
● Online counselling is not suitable for everyone. We will carry out an appropriate assessment beforehand, and will make a referral with your consent if needed.
Fees & Payment
● Fees are confirmed at the time of booking and are payable before each session.
● You will receive at least one month's notice of any fee changes.
● We accept bank transfer and PayPal. Invoices and receipts are available on request.
● Fee concessions may be available for financial hardship. Please speak with us as early as possible.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
● Your session fee secures dedicated professional time for you. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed sessions, will be charged in full.
● If you face a genuine emergency, please reach out as soon as you can. We will always try to find the best way forward together.
● Fees are non-refundable once a session has been delivered, except where the session is cancelled by the counsellor, required by law, or in exceptional circumstances at the counsellor’s discretion.
● This does not affect your statutory rights.
Punctuality
● We ask that you arrive on time. Sessions cannot be extended for late arrivals, as this may impact subsequent appointments.
Between-Session Contact Arrangement
● Outside of scheduled sessions, the counsellor is available for administrative matters (such as booking and cancellations) via email only, with a response time of up to 3 working days. Therapeutic support is not available between sessions.
● If you are in crisis, please refer to Section 5 - In an Emergency.
3. Privacy & Confidentiality● We handle your data in strict compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA) and the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (DUAA).

How We Use Your Data
● We only collect information necessary for providing a safe and effective service and to meet our legal and professional obligations.
● Records are kept for a minimum of 7 years from your last session, or until you reach age 25 (if you were under 18 when we worked together) — whichever is later. Records are securely destroyed after this period.
Confidentiality & Limits
● Everything you share is held in the strictest confidence.
● The only exceptions are rare situations where we are legally or ethically required to share information to protect you or someone else from serious harm, or where a court orders disclosure.
● Wherever it is safe to do so, we will always speak with you about this first.
4. Service DeliveryIn-Person Sessions
● Subject to room availability; the venue will be arranged by the counsellor.
● Health, safety, and accessibility needs will be accommodated with reasonable adjustments.
● Recording of any session requires separate, prior written consent from both parties.
Online Sessions
● As your privacy matters to us, secure and GDPR-compliant platforms are carefully chosen for all online sessions.
● To get the most from online sessions, please:
1. Be in a private, quiet space with a reliable internet connection.
2. Use headphones — this is strongly recommended to protect your confidentiality.
3. Not record the session (audio, video, or screenshots) without prior written consent from both parties.
● We take all reasonable steps to protect your data. However, no online service can guarantee
complete security. By using our online service, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks and will be informed promptly if a breach affects your data.
● If a session is disrupted by technical issues, we will make every reasonable effort to reconnect or reschedule at no extra charge. We will give you advance notice of any online platform changes.
5. In an Emergency● Our service is NOT a crisis or emergency service. If you are in immediate danger or distress
outside of a session, please contact the appropriate emergency services:
● In the UK:
1. Emergency services: Call 999 or visit your nearest A&E.
2. NHS Mental Health Crisis Line: Call 111 (Option 2).
3. Samaritans (24/7 support): 116 123.
● In Hong Kong:
1. Emergency services: Call 999 or visit your nearest A&E.
2. The Samaritan Befrienders Hong Kong (Cantonese: 2389 2222; English: 2389 2223).
During Sessions — If You Are in Crisis
● If you share thoughts of self-harm or suicide during a session, we will:
1. Take your concerns seriously and assess the immediate risk together.
2. Work with you to create a safety plan.
3. With your consent, contact emergency services or your nominated emergency contact if there is imminent danger.
● If you are unable or unwilling to engage in safety planning and there is a serious, imminent risk to life, we may need to breach confidentiality to keep you safe
(as outlined in Section 3 - Privacy & Confidentiality). We encourage you to share an emergency contact with us.
6. Your Rights & ResponsibilitiesYour Rights
● You have the right to:
1. End counselling at any time, without needing to give a reason.
2. Access your personal data as permitted under UK data protection law.
3. Receive a referral if our service is not the right fit for your needs.
4. Refuse any request to record a session.
5. Discuss and request changes to your therapeutic plan.
6. Raise concerns or complaints.
Complaints
● If you have any concerns or are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, please bring it to us first through email [email protected] . We genuinely want to work through it together. We will acknowledge
your complaint within 5 working days and provide a full response within 20 working days (or inform you if more time is needed).
● If the concern remains unresolved, you have the right to raise it formally with the professional body BACP.
Your Responsibilities
● To support our work together, we ask that you:
1. Arrive on time and give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
2. Make payments as agreed, and flag any financial difficulties early.
3. Let us know of any significant changes in your circumstances (e.g. new medication, diagnoses, risk factors).
4. Engage openly in the counselling process, while always honouring your own boundaries.
5. Respect the professional nature of the counselling relationship. The counsellor does not enter into dual relationships (social, business, or romantic) with clients during or after
counselling.
● We reserve the right to refuse or end services where a client's behaviour threatens safety, violates these terms, or creates a professional conflict.
7. Governing Law● This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
● Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
● If you are outside the UK during a session, please inform us in advance. This may affect data protection, confidentiality, and our ability to respond to emergencies. Our services operate under UK law and professional standards only.
● These terms take effect from the moment you confirm your booking.
8. Changes to These Terms● We may update these terms to reflect changes in our practice or legal requirements.
● You will receive at least 30 days' notice of any material changes by email and on our website.
● Continuing to use our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

9. Counselling Outcomes● Counselling is a collaborative process and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Effectiveness depends on many factors, including your own participation.
● This service does not provide psychiatric diagnosis, medication prescription, or medical treatment.
● This does not affect your rights under UK law.
10. Consent & Agreement● By confirming your booking, you are confirming that:
1. You have read and understood these Service Terms.
2. You understand the nature, purpose, and limitations of counselling.
3. You consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as described here and in our Privacy Policy.
● For clients under 18: both you and (where appropriate) your parent or guardian will be asked to confirm your understanding and agreement.

- Clear your browsing history regularly

- Create a separate email account for counselling matters
- Avoid sharing personal details over public Wi-Fi
